Method

    Defrost the hot dog overnight in a refrigerator

    Chargrill the hot dog for 10 to 15 mins until fully cooked through

    Cook the onion in a little hot oil until soift

  4. 4

    Toast the insides of the roll

  5. 5

    Top the base with ketchup & then the onions

  6. 6

    Place on the sausage, top with a squirt of mustard

  7. 7

    Top with the bun lid & serve
