Method

    Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

    Grill the burger until fully cooked through & its juices run clear

  3. 3

    Fry the chips for 8-10 mins in hot oil. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with a little salt.

    Toast the bun, top the base with sauce, gem, a slice of tomato, then the burger
