Method

    Chargrill the chicken breast for approx 20 mins until fully cooked through, leave to rest for at least 5 mins

    Dice the salad ingredients & mix with the salsa

  3. 3

    Toast the insides of the bun

  4. 4

    Spread the base with mayonnaise & top with the avocado slices

  5. 5

    Place on the chicken breast, spoon on the salsa & finish with the rocket

  6. 6

    Place on the bun lid & serve
