Cook the steak to the customers requirements

Rare 1 1/2 mins each side

Medium Rare 2 mins each side

Medium 2 1/2 mins each side

Medium Well 3 1/2 mins each side

Deep fry the chips at 180C for 8-10 mins until golden brown & cooked through. Drain well on some paper & sprinkle with salt

Splash the tomatoes with oil & roast in the oven for 4 to 5 mins

Saute the mushroom in a little oil & butter, season to taste

Serve the steak next to the mushroom & tomatoes with the chips in a separate pot
