Method

    Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

    Cook the burger as per the on pack instructions, top with a slice of Violife Mature for the last two minutes of cooking

  3. 3

    Fry the chips for 8-10 mins in hot oil. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with a little salt.

    Toast the bun, top the base with shredded iceberg, a slice of tomato & red onion & the burger
