Method

    Fry the meatballs off the brown on the outside

    Pour on the arrabbiata sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 10-15 mins

  3. 3

    Cook the linguine for 10-12 mins in boiling salted water until cooked, drain well

    Serve the meatballs with the pasta & garnish with sliced chilli & some basil leaves
