Method

    Slice & chop all the vegetables.

    Cut the broccoli into small florettes & blanche for 2 mins in boiling salted water

  3. 3

    Cover the rice in boiling salted water & cook until all the water is absorbed & the rice is cooked.

    Leave to one side with the lid on the pan to fluff up.

    Sweat off the chilli & garlic, add the fillet pieces & fry until they start to colour

    Add the cabbage & pepper & cook for 2-3 mins

    Stir in the spring onion & broccoli

  8. 8

    Mix the sweet chilli & soy sauces together with the sesame seeds & stir into the stir fry mixture

    Cook for a further 2-3 mins

  10. 10

    Serve with the rice garnished with a little shredded spring onion
