Method

Cook the macaroni for 8 to 10 mins in boiling salted water until just cooked. Drain well

Heat the milk in a thick bottomed pan & stir in the thickening granules until the desired consistency is achieved

Stir in most of the cheese & the mustard, season to taste & add the macaroni
- 4
Pour into a dish, top with the remaining cheese & flash under the grill until golden brown. Serve immediately
