Method

    Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

    Marinade the chicken thighs in the BBQ sauce overnight in a refrigerator

    Roast the chicken thighs in a hot oven for 15 to 20 mins until fully cooked through

    Deep fry the hash browns in hot oil for 8 to 10 mins until golden brown. Drain well

    Toast the bun, top with rocket, sliced onion & tomato.

    Stack on the chicken & hash browns, top with the bun & secure with a skewer
