Method

    Seal the fillet pieces in hot oil until starting to brown

    Pour on the sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for approx 10 mins

  3. 3

    Just cover the rice with boiling salted water & cook until all the water absorbs & the rice is cooked

    Serve the curry with the rice
