Tomato & Basil Baked Chicken

Method

   Seal the chicken breast on all sides in a little hot oil

   Place in an ovenproof dish

   Warm the tomato & basil sauce & spoon over the chicken breast

   Oven bake for 20-25 mins until the chicken breast is fully cooked through

5. 5

   Re-heat the dauphinois potatoes as per the on pack instructions

6. 6

   Serve the chicken with the potatoes
