Method

    Seal the beef in a little hot oil

    Make up the pepper sauce as per the on pack instructions

  3. 3

    Pour the sauce onto the beef, bring to the boil & simmer for 2-3 hours

  4. 4

    Deep fry the chips in hot oil until golden brown. Tip onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

  5. 5

    Serve the beef au poivre with the chips
