Method

    Defrost the bun for approx 1 hour at room temperature

    Slice the onion, cabbage & cut the carrot into thin strips & mix with 2 tbsp of the vegan mayonnaise

    Cook the burger as per the on pack instructions

    Toast the inside of the bun

  5. 5

    Build the burger with vegan mayonnaise, lettuce & a slice of tomato

  6. 6

    Then the burger, gherkin & American mustard. Finish with the top of the bun

    Serve with the vegan coleslaw
