Method

    Cook the burger as per the on pack instructions

    Slice up the mushroom, sweat off in a little butter, sprinkle with the grated cheese & brown under the grill

    Toast both sides of the brioche bun

    Top the base with the soured cream, then the gem lettuce & burger

    Place on the gherkin slices, chilli slices & then the mushroom & cheese mix

    Drizzle with chipotle sauce, top with rocket & the bun lid
