Sweat off the minced beef & cook for 10-15mins until browned all over

Pour on the bolognese sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 10-15 mins

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8-10 mins until just cooked. Drain well

Stir the bolognese through the spaghetti & serve piled in a pasta bowl
