Method

    Cook the steak to the customers requirements

    Deep fry the chips at 180C for 8-10 mins until golden brown. Drain well on some paper & sprinkle with salt

    Deep fry the squid in hot oil for 3 to 4 mins

    Spalsh the tomato with oil & grill for 4 to 5 mins

    Saute the mushroom in a little oil & butter, season to taste

    Serve on a plate with the chipotle sauce in a separate pot
