Method

    Defrost the lamb as per the on pack instructions

    Sweat the lamb in a little oil sealing on all sides, cover with water & simmer for approx 2 hours

  3. 3

    Top up with water if necessary, but aim to have as little water left as possible once the lamb is cooked.

    Drain off any excess water, this can be reduced down & added to the sauce

  5. 5

    Pour on the rogan josh sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 10 mins

  6. 6

    Just cover the rice with boiling salted water, simmer until all the water has been absorbed & the rice is just cooked

    Put a lid on the pan & leave to stand for 5 mins for the rice to go light & fluffy

    Warm the naan bread up

  9. 9

    Serve the curry on the rice with the naan bread on the side
