Method

Dice the chicken thighs & seal in a little oil

Pour on the sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for approx 20 mins until the chicken is fully cooked through

Just cover the rice with boiling salted water & cook until all the water absorbs & the rice is cooked

Serve the curry with the rice
