Method

    Defrost the dough puck overnight in a refrigerator

    Roll out the dough to a 9" round, stretch with your hands if needed

    Top with the pizza sauce & cover with the grated cheese

    Dice a green pepper & place on the cheese

  5. 5

    Scatter the pepperoni, beef chunks, sweetcorn & jalapeno slices on the pizza

    Finish with oregano & bake in a hot oven for 10 to 12 mins until the cheese is bubbling
