Method

Deep fry the chicken breast in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain

Deep fry the fries in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain, sprinkle with a little salt

Melt the butter in a shallow pan & toast the insides of the brioche bun until golden & crisp

Spoon on the chipotle sauce & some sliced gherkins

Top with the chicken & the brioche top
