Method

    Grill the sausages for 15-20 mins until fully cooked through

    Re-heat the mashed potatoes as per the on pack instructions

  3. 3

    Slice the onion, sweat off in a little oil & then add to the gravy

  4. 4

    Cook the peas in boiling salted water for approx 5 mins, drain well

  5. 5

    Serve the sausages with the mash & peas & a jug of gravy
