Method

    Defrost the chicken as per the on pack instructions

    Re-heat on a char grill

    Make up the cous cous with 60ml of boiling water, the lemon juice & thyme. Leave to stand for 5 mins

    Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for approx 5 mins. Drain well

    Serve the chicken breast with the cous cous & broccoli
