Method

    Sweat off the fillet pieces in hot oil for approx 5 mins

    Pour on the balti sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Just cover the rice with boiling salted water, simmer until all the water has been absorbed & the rice is just cooked

    Put a lid on the pan & leave to stand for 5 mins for the rice to go light & fluffy

  5. 5

    Warm the naan bread up

  6. 6

    Serve the curry on the rice with the naan bread on the side
