Method

    Defrost the dough puck overnight in a refrigerator

    Roll out the pizza base & top with the tomato sauce

  3. 3

    Sprinkle on the grated cheese & then place on torn pieces of prosciutto

    Slice the mozzarella & place the discs inbetween the prosciutto

    Bake in a hot oven until the cheese is melted & bubbling

    Drizzle with the truffle oil & garnish with shredded basil
