Method

    Peel & dice the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water until soft

    Drain well, add the spread & vegan cream & mash thoroughly. Season to taste

    Fry the onion in a little hot oil, make up the gravy & add to the onion

  4. 4

    Cook the sausages as per the on pack instructions

  5. 5

    Serve the sausages with the mashed potato & the onion gravy
