Method

    Cook the fish fingers as per the on pack instructions

    Bake the ciabatta as per the on pack instructions

    Deep fry the chips until golden brown & cooked through. Drain well & tip onto paper, sprinkle with a little salt

    Split the ciabatta lengthways & toast the insides.

    Spread the base with tartare sauce & top with the rocket

  6. 6

    Place on the fish fingers & the top of the bread

  7. 7

    Cut in half diagonally & serve with the chips. Garnish with a wedge of lemon
