Method

    Defrost the king prawns as per the on pack instructions

    Drain off the excess water

  3. 3

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just cooked & drain well

  4. 4

    Saute the prawns in the white wine with the peas for a couple of minutes

  5. 5

    Add the cream & gently simmer to a sauce consistency

  6. 6

    Stir through the pasta & season to taste just before serving
