Method

    Defrost the cod loin as per the on pack instructions

    Drain off the excess water, cut in half & wrap tightly in the bacon rashers

  3. 3

    Seal on all sides in a hot pan & finish in the oven for 7-8 mins

  4. 4

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until just cooked & drain well

  5. 5

    Re-heat the pasta sauce & stir through the linguine

  6. 6

    Serve the cod sliced on top of the pasta
