Method

    Defrost a burger overnight in a refrigerator

    Press the burger into a little of the cracked black pepper

  3. 3

    Fry on the outside & finish in the oven until cooked through

    Dice the vegetables, sweat off in a little oil, stir in the tomato sauce & simmer for 3 to 4 mins. Season to taste

    Deep fry the chips in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt

    Make up the gravy, stir in the pepper & Flora double. Season to taste & simmer for a couple of minutes

    Serve the steak with the fries, the pepper sauce & ratatouille
