Method

    Cut a 7oz turkey steak

    Toss in 1tsp of herb seasoning

  3. 3

    Melt half the butter with a little oil & fry the turkey on both sides until fully cooked through.

    Cook the linguine in boiling salted water for 8-10 mins. Drain well

  5. 5

    Melt the remnaining butter with the remaining herb mix & stir through the pasta

  6. 6

    Serve the turkey steak with the linguine, garnish with chilli slices & some parmesan shavings
