Method

    Defrost the salmon as per the on pack instructions

    Peel & very finely chop the garlic, mix with the honey & spread onto the salmon. Leave to marinade at least 4 hours

  3. 3

    Pan fry the salmon to seal on all sides, then bake in the oven for 8-10 mins

    Cook the wedges as per the on pack instructions

  5. 5

    Trim the broccoli & cook in boiling salted water for 5 mins, drain well

  6. 6

    Serve the salmon with the potatoes & vegetables & garnish with a wedge of lemon
