Method

    Defrost the fish overnight in a refrigerator & drain well

    Add water to the coconut powder to make coconut cream

  3. 3

    Stir into the tikka sauce & re-heat in a pan

  4. 4

    Dice the fish & fry quickly in a pan, stur gently into the sauce

  5. 5

    Cook the rice in boiling salted water until cooked & light & fluffy

  6. 6

    Warm the naan bread under the grill

  7. 7

    Serve the fish & rice in a dish accompanied by the naan bread & garnished with chopped coriander
