Method

    Chargrill the gammon steak for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked

    Deep fry the chips in hot oil for 8 to 10 mins. Drain well & tip onto kitchen paper to remove the excess oil, sprinkle with salt

    Fry the egg in a littl oil until the white is cooked & the yolk is still runny

  4. 4

    Cook the peas in boiling salted water for 2 to 3 mins & drain well.

  5. 5

    Serve the gammon next to the chips & the peas with the egg on top.
