Method

    Dice the chicken breast & sweat in a little oil for 5 to 10 mins

    Pour on the Tikka Masala sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Cook the rice for 10 to 12 mins in boiling salted water until all the water absorbs

  4. 4

    Warm the naan bread under the grill & serve next to the curry.
