Cut the chicken into strips

Toss in the cajun seasoning

Slice the peppers & onions

Fry the chicken, peppers & onions all together in a little hot oil until the chicken is fully cooked through

Warm the wraps & put the sauces into pots

Heat up a fajita skillet on the stove

Serve the chicken on the skillet & splash with a little oil & water mix to make it smoke & sizzle

Serve immediately with the wraps & sauces
