Defrost the chicken thighs as per the on pack instructions

Marinade the thighs in the buttermilk overnight in a refrigerator

Mix all the herbs & spices with the breadcrumbs, season well

Drain the chicken thighs & coat in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring that you have a good coating

Deep fry at 180C for 10-12 mins until golden brown & fully cooked through, drain well

Fry the fries as per the on pack instructions

Re-heat the beans in a microwave

Serve the chicken with the fries, a pot of beans & a pot of coleslaw
