Method

    Roast off the wellington & the potatoes as per the on pack instructions

    Trim the cauliflower into florets. Peel & cut the carrots into batons.

    Place in a roasting tray with a splash of oil & roast until starting to brown

    Make up the gravy as per the on pack instructions

    Serve the wellington on a plate next to the potatoes & vegetables.

    Sprinkle the violife grated onto the cauliflower

    Serve with a jug of gravy
