Method

    Prepare the rump & cut into the Picana, Bistro Steak & Top Rump. Cut approx 100g of each piece

    Cook the steak to the customers preference, leave to rest

    Finely chop the herb with the garlic & chilli, stir into the vinegar

  4. 4

    Clean the mushroom, place on a tray with the tomatoes. Splash both with oil & roast for 8-10 mins

    Deep fry the chips, drain well, sprinkle with a little salt

    Serve the trio of steaks with the chips, tomatoes & mushroom
