Method

    Fry the scampi in hot oil as per the on pack instructions. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil.

    Fry the chips in hot oil for 10 to 12 mins until golden brown. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with a little salt.

    Cook the peas in boiling salted water for 5 mins, drain well

  4. 4

    Crumple some parchment paper & place it in a dish. Serve the scampi with a wedge of lemon in a dish next to the chips

    Serve with the peas & the Tartare Sauce
