Method

    Defrost the seafood mix overnight in a refrigerator

    Heat the seafood mix in a pan with the white wine & chilli flakes

  3. 3

    Add the tomato sauce, bring to the boil & simmer for 5 mins

    Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 mins in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well

    Cut the tomatoes in half & grill for a couple of minutes until starting to soften

    Toast the garlic bread under the grill until golden brown on both sides

    Stir the seafood tomato sauce through the pasta, pour into a dish & garnish with the grilled tomatoes & some chopped parsley

    Serve with the garlic bread
