Method

    Cook the steak to the customers requirements

    Cut the mushrooms into quarters & saute in a little oil & butter

    Splash the tomatoes with a little oil & roast in the oven until soft

    Deep fry the chips in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain & sprinkle with a little salt before serving

    Warm the Peppercorn Sauce & serve in a small dish
