Method

    Bake off the baguette as per the on pack instructions

    Grill or pan fry the sausages until fully cooked through

    Grill or pan fry the black pudding until fully cooked through

    Peel & grate the potato. Season well & squeeze out the excess liquid.

    Shape into a pattie & shallow fry until golden brown

    Grill the bacon & re-heat the beans in the microwave

    Splash the tomatoes with a littl oil & oven bake until starting to soften

    Fry the egg in a little shallow oil until the white is fully cooked & the yolk is still slightly soft

    Serve all the components together, with the beans in a dish

    Serve with slices of the baguette in a separate basket
