Method

Deep fry the hash brown in hot oil until golden brown. Tip out onto paper to drain

Whisk the egg with the milk, season & add a pinch of chilli flakes. Cook in a little butter to make scrambled eggs

Deep fry the hash brown in hot boil until golden brown. Tip onto paper to drain

Spread the wrap with guacamole & place on the chorizo

Spoon on the scrambled egg & top with the grated cheese

Fold together & wrap in tin foil & bake in the oven for 2 to 3 mins to melt the cheese

Serve to the customer in the tin foil
