Vegan Berry Compote Porridge

   Defrost the fruit overnight in a refrigerator

   Stir the oats into the milk & gently bring to the boil in a thick bottomed pan

3. 3

   Cook for a few minutes until the required consistency is achieved

4. 4

   Pour into a pot & serve topped with the summer fruit mix
