Defrost the bun overnight in a refrigerator

Cook the burger as per the on pack instructions, top with a slice of cheese for the last two minutes of cooking

Fry the chips for 8-10 mins in hot oil. Drain well & tip on to paper to remove the excess oil. Sprinkle with a little salt.

Toast the bun, top the base with the crispy salad & the burger

Garnish with shredded iceberg, a slice of tomato & red onion
