Method

    Dice the chicken breast & seal in hot oil. Cook for 10 mins

    Pour on the curry sauce & bring to the boil. Simmer for a further 10 mins

    Cook the noodles for 4 to 5 mins in boiling salted water until soft. Drain well

    Serve the curry on top of the noodles
