Method

    Grill the bacon until fully cooked

    Poach the eggs in simmering salted water with a little vinegar in it

    Warm the hollandaise sauce

    Deep fry the hash brown as per the on pack instructions & drain well

    Toast the inside of the muffin

    Serve the bacon on the muffin, then the eggs & finish with the hollandaise sauce

    Serve with the hash brown & garnish with sliced chillies
