Method

    Split the sausage skin, remove the sausage meat & shape into two patties the same size as the muffin

    Grill or fry the sausage meat until fully cooked through

  3. 3

    Fry the eggs in rings the same size as the muffin

  4. 4

    Fry slowly in a little shallow oil until the white is fully cooked & the yolk is still slightly soft

  5. 5

    Toast the inside of the muffins

  6. 6

    Serve the sausage on the muffin, then the egg & finish with the muffin top, repeat to stack
