Method

    Defrost the dough puck overnight in a refrigerator

    Roll out the dough to a 9" round, stretch with your hands if needed

  3. 3

    Make up the cheese sauce & spread on the pizza base

  4. 4

    Slice the chicken into strips & sweat off with the diced onion & the pesto.

  5. 5

    Spoon onto the pizza & sprinkle with the grated cheese

  6. 6

    Top with slices of the mozzarella

  7. 7

    Bake in a hot oven for 10 to 12 mins until the cheese is bubbling
