Method

Grill or oven bake the sausage until fully cooked through

Grill the bacon until cooked

Deep fry the hash brown in hot boil until golden brown. Tip onto paper to drain

Beat the egg with a splash of milk & some seasoning, cook in a little butter to make scrambled egg

Spread the wrap with red or brown sauce, depending on the customers choice

Spoon in the scrambled egg & grated cheese

Place on the sausages & bacon.

Fold together & wrap in tin foil & bake in the oven for 2 to 3 mins to melt the cheese

Serve to the customer in the tin foil
